Yoga

Yoga can be just a workout or stretch.  But with practice you soon realize the many benefits of yoga beyond the physical.  Simply put, yoga is good work for your entire being, body-mind-spirit.

Mobility

Get strong through your full joint range of motion.  This capability is so much more empowering than simply being flexible.

Meditation

Manage stress, anxiety, and overwhelm. Be more measured in your responses. Shift to a more positive outlook. Find a calmer and more content version of yourself.  Be fully in the joy of life.

Mindset

As we become aware of the habits and assumptions that hold us back we then plant new seeds for positive habit growth.  This leads to more positive choices and outcomes.

Eating Skills

Know what and why you are consuming something.  Let your eat and drink support your desired lifestyle without giving up the fun stuff.

About Me

Hi, I’m Tim.  Round about my 40th birthday I began a mid-life awakening.   I literally woke up to my current state physically, emotionally, and spiritually.  I wasn’t pleased with what I saw and felt.   I made some big changes.  Now, I’ve been working in the health and wellness field for 17 years.  I started as a yoga and meditation instructor but soon became a health and fitness coach and functional aging specialist. I meld all this experience, including 60+ years of life lived, to offer you a holistic approach to living your most vital and balanced life.
