About Me
Hi, I’m Tim. Round about my 40th birthday I began a mid-life awakening. I literally woke up to my current state physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I wasn’t pleased with what I saw and felt. I made some big changes. Now, I’ve been working in the health and wellness field for 17 years. I started as a yoga and meditation instructor but soon became a health and fitness coach and functional aging specialist. I meld all this experience, including 60+ years of life lived, to offer you a holistic approach to living your most vital and balanced life.
